Never mind insulting scooters of the Vespa, Lambtetta type .

Youv never lived IF you havent rode one on the motorway in the pissing rain and gale force winds.

As for Lambrettas there better investments then money in the bank.

Mr Lambretta man has some fine scooters indeed and my Vespa Mk1 T5 is a fine thing. Nearly 24 years old and better then new.

I have a Vespa of the non working variety - 1973 Douglas Small Frame. I'm the second owner from new! Needs urgent restoration though!!

Youl have to get it stripped down and give it a step at a time rebuild over the winter sometime.

Beedspeed is decent for parts at grimsby.

We will have to have a not606 scooter rally sometime...

What engine have you got in it ?

Good luck with your rebuild

Wel have to find out were Andy K CJ lives so we can run him over the cheeky git..

I used to **** abut on field when I was a kid on a Honda 90. ****ing great it was. If I get one can I join the scooter rally's?

Ahh remembering the olden days of the East of England Scooter Club ("Keep the Faith" and despite being a punk, happy weekends on rallys and northern soul all nighters.

The London scooter clubs used to turn up with a pack of scooter boys, and a few skinheads riding point on some 500cc trail type bikes.

Happy days.
