Mourinho left Chelsea six years ago and there aren't that many of "his" players left. Cech, Terry, Ivanovic, Cole, Mikel and Lampard, possibly Malouda too? Most of them are the wrong side of thirty too.

It is a new team, club, manager and scenario for both parties, it is irrelevant whether the manager has been at that club before.

Moyes has worked with Rooney before and will have Fergie and Giggs to rely on, maybe Phelan too?
