Rumours circulating on the BBC website that our former player and assistant manager Gus Poyet, has been suspended by Brighton. Interesting news if true.
Now confirmed on their website. Poyet, his assistant Tarricco and another coach, have all been suspended for a "breach of contract".
Possibly. Some media reports seem to be suggesting Fulham where Martin Jol is supposedly under pressure.
Putting Fulham down as possible relegation candidates next season along with Sunderland and maybe Cardiff. If Jol can't revive them then nobody can. Fulham will be as they've always been which is mid to lower table along with Norwich,Southampton,Stoke etc etc. I can't see West Ham doing anything more than they've always done or WBA. It will be interesting to see what the goons do if Wenger hops it. The biggest don't know of all is Utd without Ferguson because Moyes is nowhere near. Everton will be an interesting watch but thank goodness Wigan have gone, they were sometimes a thorn in our arses. Swansea the same but the local derby will intrigue the Taffs but nobody else. Liverpool could improve but as for Newcastle much the same again. Now as for us. Oh hell I don't know but we'll challenge again for top four I think. If we get the CL it'll be a hell of a booster for us for next season although I've always thought that's it's better to be in a comp that we have a much better chance of winning.
Fulham had a major issue this season with someone signing half their midfield in the last few days of the transfer window...
I think Spurs players nerves might be getting to them with this final game on the line.I think I would have sent them to the nearest bar to forget the game if I had been the manager! That brought back memories of Bobby Smith slipping out of the hotel prior to the 1961 Cup Final to get a very private shot for his leg.He wasn't going to miss that final.....thank God he did!!!!!
Berbatov's been Jol's one good signing at Fulham. Al Fayed needs to back him more if he wants to see results...
Looks like Poyet and his staff were suspended for failing to stop one of their players taking a **** in the Palace dressing room BEFORE the game! Funny and shocking at the same time! http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepag...s-Poyet-comes-under-fire-from-own-player.html
Seems like Vicente's of a similar mindset to Spurcat on this issue: “He is the worst person I have come across in football. “He is a selfish person, very egocentric. I say that because this is how I feel. “If you miss with a shot in training he makes fun — that is unacceptable. Stop holding back, Vicky. Tell us what you really think
I still can't quite believe this is true. The most ridiculous football story I've ever heard, what on Earth would possess someone to take a **** in another team's dressing room?
Savage used the referee's toilet before the game. Door open, ref present. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-473018/Robbie-Savage-vile-joke-I-stomach.html
