i have just seen steve morisons hands in a transfer after the lions rejected a bid from us that means he wants to play for us i think it would be good if a deal can go through we may have to pay about 3 million but he is a good player

Seems to score for fun, getting on? sort of but not massively. He's a bit physical and would perhaps fit the Holt role if we're going to be playing a little and large style front two. It'll be interesting to see this one. I'm expecting a fair bit of activity in the coming days I think Lambert wants his squad sorted before pre-season kicks off to enable them time to bond.

    Agree with you Beef,

Do you think it will be off to Germany again this year? I think it's something that Lambert does every pre-season, I think he did it with Col Who as well. You never know he may "run into" a certain Mr Klose? Ha!

I thought we were after Ronan Ricketts from the bundesliga? That sort of went cold. There will be loads of news over the next 2 weeks about new signings. Do you think we will get either Pacheco or Lansbury Back? I personally would love to see them back at City, even though they were loan players they had so much passion for the club.

is a good strong player but you can forget the scores for fun bit,,,,we were a good side last season and dominated many games, many of them games we drew or lost because of our inability to put the ball in the back of the net Morison needs 5 or 6 chances to score 1,, he can score some good goals and has a great football brain and mentality and is extremely fit but i dont think he will score for fun especially in the Prem, too risky in my opinion for 3 Million,

  9. Didn't look especially great for Wales in the two games I have seen him play. Saying that, nobody looks good when they play for Wales except Earnshaw.

I'd have thought Warnock and Lambert were the best two managers in the npc last season

I COULD have done Warnocks job with what he had available, are you going to be a hooker all the time or is it just a weekend thing

  12. Jackett and Lambert both did fantastic jobs given their resources.

Warnock did a fantastic job given the pressure of the job and did what previous managers in recent history failed to do...get promoted.

I think all 3 did great jobs, why are we disputing it?
