Benitez is a better manager than Mancini, imo.

It'd be a real slap in the face for you fans if you ended up with Mancini.

Vastly over rated manager. Crap european record and most of the domestic titles he has 'won' are due to the fall out in Italy / vast amount of money he's had to spend.

Maybe a little harsh to be sacked but he seems to have lost a lot of the dressing room (Hart, Nasri, Tevez, Balotelli etc) and City have gone backwards this year. Forget the signings they didn't make, he had a quality team already and couldn;t motivate them.

Mancini has never won a top trophy with a team not expected to compete like Rafa and Jose have.

 

In Europe Benitez is far far better than Mancini.

 

he wouldnt get anywhere near the Chelsea job with his awful CL record.
