My mate said he'd get me one but haven't been to a game for about 4 years. I don't want to be a glory hunter so it'll probably be the telly at home or in the pub for me. i might change my mind of course as we get nearer the day but i hope i'll stick to my principles. I was raging in 1999 when i couldn't get tickets for most of the big away games having gone to loads of old money 2nd and 3rd division games in the 12 year gap so would feel a bit two faced.

I'm not crriticising anyone else who does it by the way but I don't think i'd feel right doing it.

Dan, I will be away and cannot go. If it makes you feel better would you like to take my place and shout for me? ;)

I watched the match on the telly with my boss today, the excitement got to him and he offered to organize a "conference" in London for the 27th. I have to organize a trip for 4. I don't go to any matches so what do you think will be the best way to get 4 tickets?

You will need someone you know with a fan id... they can get up to 20 tickets according to the programme today :)

yorkie, are you sure? I read it as ST holders, then those with a fan ID that has been used this year, then general sale to those with a booking history. Not sure whether the fact that GG is going to try and get a wheelchair space would mean that the allocation rules may be different.

In the prog.. it says from 21 may ... tickets will be sold to "any Watford fan with a record on the clubs database...."

also... "those wishing to purchase wheelchair tickets should ring directly ..... 0844 856 1881"

<ok>

I agree with you re the sales from 21 May, but on the website, (link provided by Lloydinio on the OP) I can't see that it mentions wheelchair users at all.

Leicester didn't sell out for today. Was there a reason apart from economic ones? Prices were less for today than they are at Wembley, so who knows how many will be put off by the price.

We did.

2200 of them.

We had people queuing from 9:30 at night until the next morning when it was announced 200 tickets had become available.

I just wish concessions included those in 6th form who are 17 or 18 (jerzeypie is 17). Not sure the student ID from a school in Jersey would be accepted anyway.

to begin with, tickets will be difficult to get. STs can get tickets on Wednesday, 1 plus 1...and then fan ID's from the 18th the same. After that and eventually they will go on general release. Since i doubt they'll sell out, that'll be your best time to get them i suspect :)

Thanks Hornette. Do you think it would be an option to see if I could get tickets direct from Wembley? I read somewhere that they sell to overseas residents.
