Current football under 'arry is worse than under Hughes (Saints game the exception). Awful tactics, awful team selection. If he stays along with some players like Green and Boswanker, then we can look forward to League One football in 2014/15. This current set of players with a few exceptions aren't suddenly going to become good in 3 months time! Hughes ruined our club, 'arry is still ruining our club!
The problem is that it's still basically Hughes' team and the majority are just waiting for the summer so they can bugger off.
There is a massive gap in tactical awareness at the club and sorry but Harold hasn't a clue ... 6 months max
Harry has had plenty of time to keep qpr up and like many of us said before he took charge of his first game that it was a huge mistake employing harry and we have been proved right.......I cannot believe some fans want him to stay to be honest as his style of football will replica wolves and qpr are more likely be in another relegation battle in the championship.....leeds made the same mistake and went down to div 1........keep harry and you will be asking for trouble...
Agree he is dreadful and things have got worse IMO ... Plus flyer has a point that Mr Cockrel is there to take over and led us down to Div 1 Newcastle were dreadful also
Been saying that myself for a couple of months. We're going backwards from Hughes, didn't think it was possible.
I don't want to curse next season before this one has even ended but it's hard to see what was gained by playing the likes of Bosingwa, Zamora and Toilett today when Mackie, Taarabt and Fabio were on the bench. Come on 'Arry - what on earth were you thinking? Zamora urgently needs to apply for his bus pass. Madness playing a crock when you're already down. Rob Green is probably the most worrying aspect as he looks likely to be first choice keeper next term. Guaranteed to make bad mistakes every game.
2 points from last 24 says it all Today's game was a disgraceful display yet again, even if Newcastle was probably worse. Keep Harry and I think no promotion.
Well that was so bad it was funny. Slightly worried that the other teams which could still be relegated will sue us for impersonating a premier league team (or failing to impersonate one). On the way back heard Roy Keane quoted saying that every Utd player always wanted to do their best for Ferguson, never wanted to let him down. Don't think Harold has that rapport with this bunch. Then he leaps in post match saying they will struggle next year - when on the ST renewal message he says promotion is the aim. Which is true H? Ever get the feeling you've been cheated..... Then Warnock is on 606, jumping on the bandwagon, and for road safety reasons I had to turn off.
It was awful but so were they, Harrys got to go as must Cotterill. They were clueless, no tactics or desire to win apart from Fabio and Townsend. Very few players can come out of this season with ant credit. The only positive was watching the match with DT who knows his stuff. I would say that as we saw the match exactly the same way. I was a bit worried for DTs safety if he was going to start defending Bosingwa from the abuse the people around me were giving! It was also nice to meet a few others as well. Judo, SB, Brixton and one or two others that I can remember. Going to sleep at 4am wasnt a good idea. Start the campaign for next season, DT and Flyer as co managers!
We have been bad all season and Hughes is the one to blame for. I do not agree that Harry should go since he had to bring in all the Players within a short Interval and at a certain stage we looked well improved but were "unlucky" not to score when necessary or lost Players who never showed any discipline at all. Perhaps he should have sorted out the likes of Boswinga, Samba and Mbia (all shi##) but at least he gave back some hope at a certain Point (e.g. Fulham game). The complete season was a disgrace of course but we should not think about Changing the Coach again - that would be yet another disgraceful decision.
He will go as soon as he gets an offer in the PL or if we arent in the top 8 after 10 games or so. Then the murky shadow of Cotterill appears in the background. We cant sack Harry but hes got to go, hes the management version of the players we have.
TBH.......I'm sick to death of this lot. From what I've heard about today, it was a blessing not to be there. Harry is looking every bit as clueless as Hughes. Renew your season ticket? STICK IT UP YOUR ARSE!!
I do not see any reason why he should go unless he wants to leave us. Why bring in another Coach in such a short spell - give him a Chance to prove that he is the right Person taking us up again. I have waited a Long time to go up again so I do not mind waiting another season. Quite frankly we never managed to be part of the PL - at least I did not enjoy a single moment there. The joyful moments was the time before the games but watching the "Team" caused too much pain actually - even the 2-3 defeat against ManC when we threw away Uniteds Championship.
Sure I read somewhere that we have parted company with Cotterill, or will at the end of the season. here's hoping. Good to meet you, Dave, Judo, Sussex and the regulars today. Mortlake was rushed off his feet. Wish I'd stayed in the pub. Would even have gone to the Conningham to allow you to have electrically pumped beer....
This. I was rather amused to see the supporters handling the substitutions today, with neither Bosingwa or Mbia appearing after half time having being booed throughout the first half. The chorus of "Walking in a Mackie Wonderland" during the second half had me worried, but totally agree with whoever said it was pointless bring Taarabt on after 80 odds minutes.
Ive got a choice, drink lager and burp all day long or drink real ale that tastes like dishwater. Im normally a vodka drinker but that gets too expensive in pubs. Cotterill has become manager of every team hes been there as a coach. He weasels himself in and then jumps for the managers job when the manager leaves. He was at a game sat next to TF not long ago which scared me a lot. I was saying to DT that its pointless to bring on the last player with 10 mins to go. Id make 3 subs at HT in every game until the players did enough to stay on.
Harry has to defend Bosingwa when he laughed when we got relegated at Reading because he was laughing too. Harry just does not seem to identify with the club. He is here because we are located in the South and he gets paid good money, bit like most of the players. We have so many coaches, but I am struggling to work out what they are all doing with the last two months performances?
So you are suggesting that only a local Boy can do the job properly just because he was born next to the Stadium ? I do not subscribe to that Point of view and find it hard to believe that some of us want a 3rd Coach within such a short period. I saw a lot of commitment from Harry when it mattered but the amount of good individuals never formed a team under the tremendous pressure they were in.
Not suggesting a local lad just some one who cares and is good. My point is he lives in Bournemouth so we suit him until something better comes along. We have had 4 wins under Harry and his record is worse than Hughes and Warnock. If you are happy with the way we have been playing the last two months when we needed points than good luck to you. We look clueless and the manager and coaches must take the blame as well as the players. Sometimes you have to change managers quickly we should have done that with Hughes. I hope I am wrong but if Harry stays we more likely do a Wolves than be promoted. He even said that himself.
