We had just got together before the promotion season but I'm not anywhere near as confident for next year - MM has got you playing as a team and if you can keep the number of loanees down, you'll be up there.

Thanks Matt.
There is a good air of optimism supporting Town at the moment.
I'm not expecting a top six finish next year but I wouldn't be surprised if we are competing more than we have done in the last few seasons.

Afternoon mate. <ok>
Not at all.
Just worried that the current overuse of the C word is putting off other/new posters from contributing.
I guess that's what the swear filter is for.

I can understand why it's happened, as a reaction, but there's no reason why we can't all make a concerted effort to return things to normal without the need for any militant moderation. I'll start with a different phrase in my sig <ok>

Thanks mate, I prefer being a mediator more than a moderator.

I'm wondering if it would be good to get an Ipswich not606.com twitter account where we can post links to threads to drive people over to the board. If you think it's a good idea do you want to check with Mick and brb?

I have to admit I have been thinking of ways to attract new people but not really come up with anything great.
A twitter account sounds like a good idea, not so sure how we can bring the focus to not606 on twtd though. I'm sure they wouldn't be too happy if we started dropping links on their forum but as JWM says, there are some good people over there.
Suggestions are always welcome and if anyone wants to step up and take something on, let me know.
