Was there tonight in the east stand and wasn't that impressed as we couldn't even see the fireworks. Anyone else think this?

    Also where was Nick Proschwitz?

A lack of game-time and goals has cost him thousands in bonuses, so he's taken to soliciting in Bransholme on weekday evenings.

    Hope that answers your question.

I thought the entertainment was spoilt by the poor PA system but I enjoyed the presentation side of the proceedings, and the parade of the trophy. I,m dissapointed that more people couldnt be arsed to turn up.

such sort notice and at the kc was a bad move. same as last year would have been better. Open top bus etc is always going to be the better option. Besides, it was basically just a re-run of Saturday but with medals and fireworks

I enjoyed it, a vocal crowd of fans and a nice presentation. The only downside was east stand couldn't see the fireworks.

    It was okay.

Having it in Town is more to appease those that don't go to games anyway.

Some cracking posts on the FC forum, desperately trying to find any negatives about our success, then talking about events should be or the Citizens of Hull. <laugh>

Disney would have had a life time of ideas if he'd met some of them. <laugh>

I really want to know who came up with the all ticket plan.

I got in because I was a season ticket holder. If I hadn't been, there is no way I'd have managed to get to Tiger Leisure either in town or at the KC before 5pm, so I wouldn't have been there.

Given that pay on the gate is possible for games, I can't understand why you couldn't just turn up without a ticket, and be admitted through a turnstile. The chance of a riot outside because there were more than 25k would have been fairly negligible...

That's what will have kept a lot away.

It was ok the daughter enjoyed and its nice to give the lads a cheer, i think after Saturday with a 24000 crowd and the best atmosphere i have ever witnessed in that stadium and that includes the rugby games i have been to it was a day which will never be beaten, the game, atmosphere and ending was brilliant, lets hope next season we will get more great games and hopefully do enough to stay up, As for going on the Fc forums i do when football as finished because i go to the odd game and most fans are pleased for us, You will always get a few, both clubs have them but at this moment i can see a lot of jealousy from a few of there:smiley-finger007: die hard fans best thing is laugh and enjoy because Hull City are premier league and despite what some may think this really does make the city of Hull more well known through out the world

Agreed, although I was in the North. All in all cost me £3.20 for a pie, lovely night considering I couldn't get to the Cardiff game
P.S. Seeing the barnsley goals again had my head in my hands, even though I know we went up!

Think it's due to people doing other things as well as been football fans and the fact there was so little notice , I couldn''t go at 1 days notice

Unfortunately living in Brid and working till half 5 meant that I couldn't get to the KC in time to get tickets, I rang up the shop and asked if they could reserve them But they didn't want to know.
To me having it in Midweek was always going to lower the attendance, what with people being at work/school. It's a shame because It could have been great, If they could have had a bus tour finishing at the KC and then doing the presentations etc.
All in all it seemed a bit tame, considering what a season it has been.

That didn't help - but it doesn't say much for the fervour of our support.

All the soundbites I've seen on tv and heard on radio are from indignant ****s who are encouraged to feel they've been hard done by in all of this.

Wasn't fussed on the entertainment. If you can call it that- a poor acoustic guitarist, stilt walkers and a bunch of cheerleaders.

The presentation was good and the players walking round the stands genuinely looked like they wanted to be there. Especially at the end where the Irish lads were dancing with the tricolour flag infront of the East Stand.

Decent interviews with Macca, Bruce & Assam Allam.

They probably could've put everyone in one stand. The amount of people who turned up was quite low, but you should've expected that since it was only announced we were having it yesterday.

A good number of families there- always good to see youngsters interested in City considering, when i was young, hardly anyone went to City and most glory hunted Leeds, Man Utd, Arsenal or Liverpool.

The fireworks were a shambles. Why put them outside the ground? Or at least announce they would be started after we had a chance to get outside to see them.

I think they should've put it at the weekend though.

Too short notice for those of us that have a) other plans b) hectic work schedule at present c) young family.

It was piss poorly organised, the weekend or Friday night would have been much better. But no I didn't go either. It looked just the same as Saturday but a little more formal with fireworks - I can live without that.
