Thatcher and Fergie gone in the space of a month. We should all have a public holiday to celebrate

    From twitter:

@BallControlBlog: @barneyronay First Thatcher dies, then Ferguson retires. Somewhere there is a Scouser with a lamp and one wish left.

Compared to Thatcher, Fergie was a Saint.

Good riddance to them both <cracker>

Can't tell if I want Mourinho to go there or not. If he does go there then we get to see Chelsea fans crying but if Moyes goes there then I imagine United will struggle which their fans deserve for being ****s who have never experienced United having a tough period.

Sky sources say Moyes is in poll position and could be announced in the next 48 hours. I've made my mind up, I would ****ing LOVE IT if this happened.

I think you're right. Moyes is a decent manager, but he's no Fergie. I think he will be found out at the top level.

I think he will do a good job but he will need a lot of time to cement his legacy. Lets see how patient Robin is this time.

Moyes ahs done nothing to suggest he is a top manager. There are too many egoes in the Utd dressing room. Only someone like Mourinho can control them. Didn't Moyes fall out with Rooney?

There will be a new phenomenon occuring in the PL from next season, where injury time only lasts for 2 mins

    10/11 – Moyes; 6/4 – Mourinho; 14/1 – Klopp; 20/1 – Laudrup; 25/1 – Giggs; 25/1 – Wenger; 25/1 – Neville; 33/1 – Solskjaer; 33/1 – Cantona; 66/1 – Mancini; 66/1 – Di Canio; 80/1 – Keane; 250/1 – Darren Ferguson

Some of the odds on managers to replace Fergie. It might have changed now though, I think this was posted an hour or so ago.
