Getting the shoulder surgery done now. Who do you think will come in for him? Is it Lucas, Hendo, Coutinho with someone new being introduced out wide? Do we bring in Shelvey or Suso? Or does Jay Spearing cme back against the rules to form the creative force that is Spucas?

I reckon Shelvey will take his place however I would like to see Teixieira given a go ...

Fulham and QPR, could do with testing out the younger players a bit more ( not all at once oviously) as both have nothing to play for. Low pressure games these two.

I really believe that Everton will draw against wham and lose to chelsea, if we win our two winnable games that would mean we finish above the bitters. For me, 6th would be quite an achievement and would be our best finish since tumbling out of the CL. Irks me when "nothing to play for" is banded around, even Carra is saying it. Surely we should aim to finish as high as possible. Another year of ****ty seventh place will piss me off.

I was talking about Fulham and QPR????

Oh thought it was Shelvey and Texeira, my bad! I'm still cross with carra tho :p

No no , just meant that the game ( for the other team) is a bit more low pressure as both are already safe or relegated. If we are to use a Teixeira it could be a good game to try him in. Shelvey, Suso, Wisdom, etc have had enough games, big games at that, to come in straight away no problem really.

I agree. That's the reason I was disappointed on Sunday with the lack of passion.

Bit annoying as we could have closed the gap to 2-3 points and it would have made the last 2 games more interesting.

Making up 5 points is tricky but we've got a good goal difference ...

In addition: We've had plenty of chances to be above Everton. They have West Ham and Chelsea which are tricky games so I can see them dropping points but more worryingly is that I can see us dropping points as well.

You've been deservedly behind us for all but 1 week, all season. There's little chance of you gaining 5 points on us in the last 2 games.

Reds have been predicting the red surge & own downfall since the Autumn & we're still waiting for it....<whistle>

If you draw to West Ham and we win against Fulham, could be interesting final day in the epic battle for 6th

11 years of Moyes. The greatest points total in your Premier League history. Slightly above Rodgers' first year at Liverpool. Still no trophy for a generation. Enjoy it <ok>

I would go 4-2-3-1

my last two game swould see:

reina
WISDOM (come on for chuff's sake) carra agger enrique
Lucas henderson
suso coutinho downing (crap, i hate this)
Sturridge

unfortunately we are more likely to see hendo wide left or something. borini is not fit enough for 90mins yet.

Reina
Wisdom - Carra - Agger - Johnson
Lucas - Hendo
Downing - Coutinho - Enrique
Sturridge

you could be i want to drop johnson 2 games left or not. i'm sick of the tripping over the ball or letting it out of play etc.

Anyone for shelvey after rodgers praise for his wanting to kick ball with the u21s? I'm not in favour.

Really we've no options. if peopel are talking u21s we need to look at coady, teixteria and just suso really. morgan i doubt but last day i suppose it could occur.

It'll come next season. Like Newcastle's implosion, and it will be glorious.
