Since I am always skint, I never put big bets on. Tend to only put a tenner in the account and do £1 or £2 bets here and there, usually accumulators to get the odds.
I did manage to build up to £40 from a fiver last year but then I was off work with my arm and starting betting on the horses

I never win with the horses really, better at football
In fact im so unlucky with the horses that one race, I had two horses in my selection, clicked bet, slow internet at the time, bet to late, event started. Those two horses had a photo finish for first! When does that happen? And my two selections! In fact they were both awarded first, how unlucky is that??!!
Needless to say I swiftly swapped our internet provider
