262 update

This has happened before, and we need to ask how many times this happens before we move away permanently.

If it isnt one thing, its another with 262

What do we all think?
 
I'd be happy to switch to 606 and try them out for a while.

How about giving them a try until end of June and then make a decision on which board we stick with?

When 262 finally works again...we post several times about what we are going to do. When everyone comes in, they will see the posts.

I like 262 better than this to be honest, but its just so unreliable
 
We are a nice friendly bunch on here and the more people from different clubs start posting the better for everyone to get some good banter happening.
 
262 up but only from early March. I'll stick to it for a bit longer and see what the majority do. I guess it's down to Bas and TMT as they do all the work on the Prediction League - which is the main thing I post for. If they switch, I'll probably follow. T21.

Hi Matster,we started out on here after the beeb pulled the plug (remember their mods,bless 'em) but ended up on 262,through majority rule I think.I do miss the banter from other teams supporters though.

I think we (O's fans) should post on both sites for a few months and see where that naturally takes us before the new season starts.

Achtung:This will require a bit of effort.
 
262 should be back up and running soon. :)


The current downtime is because the server needs to be setup correctly, seems you lot post too much and the main hard-drive is already full.

Its just a few teething problems with the new server setup. Nothing to worry about.

We hope to have the site back up and running soon.

I like the ja606 site the best......always have.

Its just like the original BBC 606 site, which worked well IMO

I prefer 262 to this not 606 site, but 262 is always having server trouble, and we have to move

We need a vote on this I think
 
Evening lads, good to have you on here. I tried out 262 along with this site when the BBC site was about to close and I obviously chose not606.

Would welcome you guys over here and not forgetting us Gills will be good for banter in L1 next season. We have the biggest board in the lower leagues on this site. Plus you have the Posh fans and Bristol City fans from this site joining us in L1 who have a fair few numbers here.

If we see how you settle in and if you get enough numbers I might be able to set up a O's mod for you if you want one?

Be good to have you on board.

ps. I'll try and have a look in from time to time to see how you are getting on, otherwise you can PM me (private message top of board under notifications).
 
My vote go's for here, but not sure if everybody on the 262 is aware of this forum?
