Is going to have a huge hand in how our season ends.

Firstly we play Villa at the weekend, a win for either team makes them safe in my eyes. I cant see us beating Villa and if they beat us meaning they are safe, we could be relying on Villa to beat Wigan on the last day of the season.

Something tells me Lambert might not be too bothered about that.

It certainly is squeeky bum time!

People can say what they like about Lambert, but the bottom
line is, the guy is a winner.

I come from Midlands and most of my family are Villa fans.
    they adore the guy.

After years of pissing about with crap managers, they now
really believe they have a manager to take them on.

Lambert has nothing to prove on Saturday.
but I do fear the worst:emoticon-0106-cryin

I'm pretty sure we will win one of our two home games, and that will be us safe simple as.

Agree - I expect us to scramble a draw on Saturday and conjure up a close win against the Baggies <ok>

I hope you are all right about points in the next 2 home games but I cant help but think they are both better sides than us. Hopefully the pressure to win wont make us choke.

If we go down I will be devastated, we have made this so much harder than it had to be.

I understand why everyone is bigging up Villa and Lambert following their huge win last night but the league table doesn't lie. They are below us for a reason and they beat a Sunderalnd side at home who needed some dubious refereering decisions not to lose against our 10 men at their ground.

Villa played well but they have had some other great results this season and then backed them up with an ordinary performance or two. Our team will have had more training and more time to rest and recover and we will be at home where we are strong. They are a young and inconsistent side and should be there for the taking if we get at them early.

Think people are going a bit over board about Lambert and Villa. Yes it was a good result but they lost their previous game 3-0. Are stll not safe from relegation and lost 8-0 to chelsea. Bradford beat them over 2 legs!!!!! Benteke has dragged them out of a mess.

Norwich were my favourites for relegation preseason so Hughton certainly hasnt done a bad job!

I think it's only a select few fans who think Hughton has done a bad job. When you look at our squad, it is clearly weak, not surprising a lot of people tipped us for the drop so in pure results terms, Hughton has done well.

What Norwich fans are objecting to is the manner in which he has gone about it. Our style is dreadful to watch at the moment and, unless something dramatic changes in Hughton's outlook and the players he signs over the summer, I think many Norwich fans are terrified we are going to get at least another six months of it.

I think I'm right in saying that we have only lost to Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool this season, and are unbeaten at home this year. All runs come to an end at some point of course, but it does suggest we will probably pick up a minimum of 2 points in the 2 home games.

I honestly think Wigan are dead and buried now.

If any of you really are convinced you're heading for the championship why not at least put some money on it. 16/1 I think the odds are. If you do go down at least you have some money to sweeten the blow. And if you stay up you'll be happy anyway.

I think you'll be fine anyway, has to be Wigan this year surely.
