No, I can't make the words out YV. One of my old favourites has just come on for Watford. Mark Yeates, good and tidy little player when he was with us. It is said that when Daniel Levy first arrived at Spurs, the first game he watched was an academy game and Yeates was so good in that game that Levy demanded to know why he wasn't in the 1st team !!!
Pritchard was fouled by our old mate Anthony Gardner for the free-kick which Peterborough scored the only goal of the game from.
Currently 0-0 in our game at Southampton. Our line up is Vigoroux, Barthram, Caulker, Hall, Fryers, Bentaleb, Carroll, Gallifuoco, Fredericks, Coulthirst, McEvoy.
Could be a fairly valuable link, if Redknapp stays at Loftus Road. He plays the right kind of football and he'll need to have a real clearout there. Luongo, Pritchard and maybe Fryers?
I will be fuming if we let Carroll go out on loan, when he's starting to break through with us. Get rid of certain other "squad" players we currently have to accommodate him, I say!
"I will be fuming if we let Carroll go out on loan, when he's starting to break through with us." If Spurs get CL etc, and more decent MF are signed in the summer, then games get fewer. My thoughts were a loan to a PL side like Villa (if they stay up) .
If Swindon are promoted, and the Posh / Millwall survive, then those + QPR gives us potentially 3-4 clubs in the division below, that we have/had rapport with, are playing the "right" type of football etc, to loan kids out to in order to accelerate their development.
Peterborough underestimate the power of Pritchard. He started and got an assist for their second goal, before being removed with 88 minutes on the clock with the scores at 2-2. One minute later Palace score and Posh are relegated.
And they have effectively lost him for a loan next season too, I guess. Still, back to play with his mates in the U21s.
I stopped watching at half-time, sat outside in the Sun now. He didn't really do much in the first half.
