    Don't think he has really settled at PNE to be honest, wasn't a wise choice to send his children to an Orange school only for them to be bullied by mini Oranges. <grr>

    I think he may well have what it takes to do ok, but has been overlooked at times since his arrival. I suspect another high earner as well and they have to move on so no surprise if he goes.
