100,whenever there's a football match there are 22 players and how ever many referees who are watching the game,in some cases millions. The one and only referee decides penalties and if he says it's a penalty it's a penalty. Last night's against you was a penalty deffo. As for my abilities on football I said a while ago that we'd beat City,a top team,you? Oh wait a minute,you lost to them didn't you at home too. Basel are certainly not out of this one.
