Yeah both have crashed then when i managed to get into the online ticket area, it said i had already purchased too many for the stoke game, for which i have purchased none. I put this down to the crash, will keep trying i guess.

I get the same. Maybe some tickets will magically turn up in the post...!!

It is annoying . I rang the club and said that the phones would not even let me be in a q , just said wait while we try to connect you and logged me out , she said , yes that's right........

My dad used this number so one to save for the future!
I've got a ST but today is the first time all season that for me the website has been a problem for home or away games. Impossible for them to cope with huge surges in demand without spending on IT that doesn't get used for the other 18 games of the season.
Anyway my dad got his 2 tickets so all good for him to watch one of the few home games of the season he can.
