I managed to rep you though - could be the first I have given you - so many are "you must spread it around" - what is the rule on that - a time limit before you can re-rep or a certain number of reps to others?

Leonardo, you can rep 10 people in a 24 hour period, but to to rep them again you must rep at least 20 other people first. Hope that makes sense

That's why I rep in bulk. I can count to 10 in one go. I struggle if I have to do it in different sessions <waits for for 6 fingered comments from some wag>
