Everton playing some tidy football. They really are a good team. The only thing they really lack is a prolific striker.

The Liverpool lot would never admit it but there are a number of Everton players who would improve the Liverpool first team.

Most of the Everton team would improve them.

Only people who'd get into Everton are Johnson, Gerrard and Suarez. Reina possibly but Howard is equal to him.

Ross Barkley looks like a player. Dalglish would happily pay 25million for him. I hope they bring him back as Director of Football.

I would take Howard over Reina, but yeh that is the only three to make the combined 11

Poor Daglish still dreaming of the good old times, must be killing him now that the main Mersey team wear blue,

Although you have to bear in mind the respective transfer budgets of Everton and Liverpool. Unfair to expect Liverpool to compete when they've only had an extra few hundred million to spend over the past decade or so.

I'm unsure of Baines tbh, he's the best LB in the league, but Evra has been great this season. I wouldn't mind signing him, but I'd rather we focused on other positions.

Miralles has been great the past few weeks, not sure he's good enough for United, but there's really only one way to find out!

I think next to fergie moyes is the best manager in the league.

Would be interesting to see what he could do with a decent budget. But I'd hate to see him leave Everton as I think it'd be the end of them. In an ideal world they get bought by someone with some cash and he get given a decent amount to invest in the squad.

Evra has been superb this season, Miralles is to inconsistent for me, I don't need to say out about Fellaini, apart from Fergie get the cheque book out

When you think of just how little he has had to spend he pushes SAF very close, rumour has it they have buyers apparently, getting into Europe would be a bit of leverage for that to be pushed through, and the one thing that I notice alot is the players play for him which is testament to the man.Tactically very good aswell.
