Or another idea stan if you have a mate in hull, ask him to stick his phone next to the radio for you. Free evening calls on landlines.

Just use google, there's plenty of them about. I'm on my phone on way to wolves so will take me all night to find a decent working one. But there's people who stream it 24/7, so you should have no problems finding one.
 
One final idea that might work, you can get free software which will mask your ip, there may be a bit of kit which will give you an ip from whichever area of the country you want. If you can do that you should be able to use the online commentary off the bbc site, I think, not too sure about that though.

Edit: having just had a quick search on this its definitely possible, but depends on whether radio humberside do a hull city online stream or just Grimsby.
