One final idea that might work, you can get free software which will mask your ip, there may be a bit of kit which will give you an ip from whichever area of the country you want. If you can do that you should be able to use the online commentary off the bbc site, I think, not too sure about that though. Edit: having just had a quick search on this its definitely possible, but depends on whether radio humberside do a hull city online stream or just Grimsby.
