Hypothetical question. Given a choice next season would you rather, a, Win the F.A. Cup b, Relegate the scumbags. Either at home or away. Mine would probably be the FA cup but close call.
Anyone who would pay more attention to what we're doing instead of having their club win some top silverware would need their heads examined.
FA Cup all day but, to be honest there's not a lot of hope of doing any unless the mags get deducted 15 points (a rumour doing the rounds in Liverpool), or we get a bye to the final because the teams we are supposed to play would rather be in a CL game.
FA Cup, all day, every day. While the mags being relegated is great for the banter for a few weeks, it gets a bit dull in football land with no derby.
Us versus them. The best 2 games of the season. Finish above them ..absolutely, but them getting relegated, no.
FA cup for me but if we don't make it then I'll be more than happy to settle for sending the unwashed down
F.A. cup as long as we don't go down like the Brum did after winnin the league cup. Too awful to contemplate. Would love to play the toon in the last game of the season with them needin to win to stay up and for us to play a weakened team because of the cup final the week after...... I also want world peace and an end to poverty, but prefer my FA cup scenario please.
If we won the cup, I wouldn't even mind them finishing above us. I just want to see us win a trophy before I die.
True. I think if we start to take the cup games seriously we could have a chance. The problem is that the PL will always take precedence over the cups, because of the revenue and status. Stay in the PL or win a cup? Much as I would love to see us win another cup, it's a no brainer for me.... Poor old Birmingham
What if it was the last game of the season and Kevin Phillips came on as ate sub to slam home the winner, also upon winning, we would be guaranteed a place in Yewrope!?
