Not if those businesses had given the government 100's of £billions before and since they were helped out!.
I'll tell you what's a failing business! That bloody whorehouse, they call Westminster, should have been shut down years ago....................
To ever get this country back on its feet we need to cut down the number of MP's from 600 to a maximum of 300. We need to get the lords cut by 2/3rds also. We should scrap 2nd homes and anyone staying in London should either stay at a modest hotel or use one of the spare bedrooms that they take the bedroom tax from. All selected MP's except cabinet ministers should use public transport and when travelling home by car or train given an economy travel warrant or by car a mileage allowance depending where they live. Food supplement while at work should be scrapped and if they dont want to pay then take sandwiches or go without like the rest of the country does.....A working day should start at 9am-5:30pm for all back benches and if they dont have a reasonable excuse then they should lose a days pay...back at their own constituencies they have their own staff who should work the same hours and report anything they cant handle to their MP....... If we can stop the gravy train then we would finally end up with genuin MP's who will be there because they actually want to make a difference and not there because its a money making machine and an ego boosting job......Loads more can be done to get politics back on track and get genuin people men or women to do a very important job.... until a total reform is made then we will continue to go down hill and be run by the wrong people for the job....
See we're still going then? ... personally I hate politics ... any politician that starts to answer a question with ..."I think what's important ..." has me reaching for the remote ... the majority are cut from the same cloth and the 'expenses' debacle was all I needed to confirm my long held opinion of their 'worth' ... the first rule they should bring in is a 'residence' rule for constituency politicians ... either have to have been born there or lived there for the majority of your life otherwise how the **** can you really 'represent the people' ? ... anyway, all the best, I'm off for some weekend trifle.
Dai, have you been buying records ? http://www.officialcharts.com/uk-top-40-singles-chart/ You'll like what's number 2
Things won`t change while you still have "the Westminster bubble" attitude Dai. The only way to have a representative parliament is to kick the first past the post system into touch. Replace it with a decent form of PR and get a more uniform parliament of how the country voted. Then we might, just might, get some reformations going. I won`t hold my breath though.
the witch...The thing is all this anti feeling would not be heard or seen if they were to have a quiet family funeral....They are the ones provoking these outbursts around the country with all this over the top bullshit on Wednesday......people dont need to be reminded about her and like other prime ministers before her who have passed away she should just fade away with her loved ones around her and pay for her own funeral... wednesday will not go as planned you can bet on it...
Just a shame they didn't hold a minutes silence at all the football grounds this weekend, so that the public could let the entire world know how hated she was, and not the loving and considerate person that's being built up by the media and press (excluding the mirror) over the past week.
Going down, going down, going down And I was at Everton laughing at QPR and their pathetic support too
Run along now son, you've run into the wrong poster here I've no time for any of you lot. Wave to Cardiff on your way down as a Welsh team takes your place instead
I like many on here would support any team over QPR even Cardiff. Funny how its not just us that feel that way too. Newcastle, Norwich and Chelsea fans spring to mind straight away. Give the Champnship our regards and enjoy days out to Barnsley. Your pitiful support were singing about it yesterday after all
When they out the number 96 on video screen yesterday I wasn't sure if it was to remember Hillsborough or was it the number of travelling QPR fans. Street parties are being prepared to celebrate QPR's relegation up and down the country
