I know it has already been said, but congratulations on getting to the Premier League.

Any team who has been top since November clearly deserves to get there. <ok>

Looking forward to the party on May 4th.

ZLF - now we're up (apart from sliderule maths), nothing would please me more than to see Hull City join us. <ok>

Many thanks pal - just make sure you do it before we come up there on the last day. Don't want beating you make you miss out.

Agreed lads and lasses, or should I say Boyos.

You've been the most consistent this season and that's what matters.

Hopefully we'll be crossing the finishing line on Friday. More in hope than expectation, as I know Hull City far too well.

If it's a party atmosphere on the last day, mine's the most expensive drink in the pub please, tar.

Cheers lads, been to Hull many times when I was in the RN, My son and I intend to travel up for the finale, Just a few pointers, we will travel up on the Friday evening, son only 13, where would be the best place to book a hotel room which is close to the KC Stadium. I think by the time next weekend has come and gone you will see the two automatic promotion teams, and that will be You joining us. Yahoooooooo. I have been waiting for this all my life, last time we were in the top league was the year I was borne !

Holiday Inn is right above St Stephens shopping centre & next to the train station and is about 10 minutes walk to the ground. Just go through the shopping centre and you can't miss it. Once you come out of there you can see it in the distance.

The stadium is only an easy fifteen minute walk away from the City Centre so any of the big chain hotels will be OK for you. There is a Travelodge and a Holiday Express near to a shopping centre called St Stephens Square that a very handy. There is also a hotel at the train station (Royal Station Hotel) but it depends on your budget.

Yeah, that's probably your best shout. You will see shed loads of City fans walking through St.Stephens to the Stadium anyway so you can just follow them.

St Stephens is definitely the best bet for somewhere to stay.

Cheers lads, as I remember it the waterfront has improved and there are a number of family orientated bars/restaurants there for a quiet couple on the Friday night, have stayed at the station hotel in the past, when I was doing my re engaging on leaving the RN, attended Hull uni for 3 weeks, so many thanks will book the station hotel today, and hopefully bump into a few of you on the day for a few friendly beers. Cheers and good luck until then.

That's the spirit ronny - hope you and your boy enjoy yourselves. I've never had a bad word to say about the Hull people in general since contract working up there for a couple a of years in the 80's - made some great mates and watched some good (and some dire <laugh>) football at Boothferry.

There's been far too much knuckle-dragging talk on these forums in the past. <ok>

If I remember correctly the Station Hotel is right about in the centre of town, and lots of pubs and nightlife close by. Cant wait really looking forward to the trip, Just have to keep and eye on Tom trying to drink my Bowella.
