Ugh, I hate Matlab. When it works, it's beautiful. But most of the time, it decides to screw you about, causing errors, throwing out random numbers. Do you use Simulink with that too?
I'm not gonna text back this evening, too emotional/upset/disappointed to think logically. Still, postponed by a whole friggin' month basically, how annoying.
Though there's one slight advantage, if we had met up on Tuesday and it had gone well, then I'd be like "wtf would I get her for her birthday?" which is in the first week of May. At least now if we do meet up then, it's after her birthday so I don't have to worry about that.....

Yeah it's on Simulink, which is completely stupid. Oh and I have to write 10,000 words about it all. Anyway I need to go to bed so I can do some more of this tomorrow.

Ha there is a logic behind it though. Say it goes well and we decide to pursue a relationship..... Then her birthday is a couple of weeks later, so what kind of card do I get her? Getting a lovey-dovey or a 'girlfriend' card after just two weeks seems a bit OTT/Clingy, but then if we were in a relationship, surely getting a standard card just wouldn't cut it? I can imagine it would have been highly stressful.
Something similar happened with my ex, the third time started going out was around her birthday, but I visited her a week after it, by the time we'd only been going out in total about 4 weeks. I went to seven different shops trying to find a card which I felt was appropriate....

But regardless it's irrelevant now. To paraphrase the Monkees love is "meant for someone else but not for me.", may as well just accept that.
To be fair, I don't really like Monkees. They were alight I suppose, just felt relevant. Preferred the Kinks and the Beatles from that era. Plus, I've discovered Bo Bruce's new single, it's amazing. Listen to it.

Still, I suppose if you've liked liked someone for 18 months, a couple of weeks isn't that long in comparison. And even if she has postponed twice (which as I say she's done before), that doesn't change the fact that she is amazing nor does it change my feelings for her.

That's what I tried, but now it's 1.30am, I'm still no closer to starting any work and I'm feeling sorry for myself.
