I'm not a Millwall fan but blaming the entire club and coming on here is just plain stupid. We are talking no more than a few hundred (at best) out of well over 30,000. There were women and kids amongst that crowd so before you go labelling all Millwall fans "scum" think twice.

You should not be blaming Millwall FC who have worked tirelessly to tackle hooliganism and racism and are a community club. Who you should blaming is the FA. The FA couldn't have legislated for Thatcher's death but a 5.15pm semi at Wembley was just plain stupid. Saturday piss up with fans drinking all day was bound to end badly, you'd see it no differently on a Saturday night in a town centre under the same circumstance. Policing and Stewarding at Wembley is laughably poor.

This time last year it was us being labelled "scum" after a few boozed up idiots decided to boo a minutes silence at 6pm. Scenes of violence in the Manchester derby at Wembley too.

There will come a time where people realise these semi's at Wembley are just plain stupid.

Dividing football fans is what the media and authorities want, we should be together and united. It's no wonder clubs can pass down these ****ty ticket prices and treat fans like **** when we do it to ourselves. German fans worked together and now have a proper game. Shame we can't do the same.

District. Well said <applause> Maybe before people come jumping on these topics, they need to put down their copy of the Daily Malice first.

Personally I refuse to purchase or believe any media source. The reason, because most of the media have been in cohesion with political agendas for a long time against the working classes and every genuine football supporter. Division is what they are after.

Cheese - Did I say that, No.

What was Thatcher's motive in life, does that make my point clearer?

Take the bubble match for Hull.

Use of cctv for Newcastle v Sunderland.

I will lay any bet you like the Daily Malice has a full page spread on it. Let me go and check...

Exactly my point but the scenes will be used for there usual divisive reasons to tar all of football, therefore more justification of current police state powers. That is all I am saying.

    You got it <laugh>

But more seriously, how many thousands of fans attended football matches throughout Britain today, yet the end of the camera lens will be solely focused on all the bad bits rather than all the good that football does throughout the land. The only difference being is good news does not make a selling story. So you will read stories how young kids were crying but those same publications will be happy to print the pictures openly for all ages to see. In the same way SKY will promote the Premier League but take no interest to the same level of grass roots football. All about money. Surely that is double standards, ready to condemn but also happy to make a fast buck to glorify by pictures. Since when has nicking a coppers hat, made someone the mastermind criminal of the UK or even World come to that!

Spot on brb. This is what they want, football fans to be crying out "_______ fans are all scum". To perpetuate this moral outrage. There is no excuse for the behaviour of some of those people in the crowd but the reaction is what the media wanted. For a good 4-5 minutes ESPN were sensationalising the violence and the football was just an afterthought.

There is a media undercurrent that have long held a vendetta against football fans and football in general (Oliver Holt arguably the best example).

Sport is often used as a modicum to push through political and media agenda, I.e the BBC's shocking coverage of Black Athletes in the track and field. Tennis fans jeering and making noises during play, Golf fans jeering A putt in the Ryder Cup. Rugby fans jeering a conversion/penalty kick but it's okay because they're all middle class, but should a football fan misbehave they are all "scum"
