You see this is why i'm confused. Does Gerard Kelly look and sound like Richard O'Brien in any way? I'll grant you they are both camp but O'Brien speaks in a fairly posh English accent and is as bald as a billiard ball, whereas Gerard Kelly has a broad Scots accent and has a full head of hair.
