    Most improved? - Hyam
    Most consistent? - Chambers
    Most entertaining? - JET
Most valuable (in terms of ££)? - JET
    Hottest prospect? - Hewitt
Worst first team regular? - Martin (love his workrate, and passion, and workrate, BUT, he just never delivers technically i.e with quality crosses or goals...)

Must say though, most improved / consistent is a bit hard to answer, as this season has been like supporting two seperate teams - pre-Mick ITFC and post [appointment] Mick ITFC ....

True exeterblu, although I would say Edwards and Martin have got worse since Micks' been here, well in an attacking sense anyway. Edwards doesn't even look half the player going forward as when he did at full back and I think Martin isn't best used on the left wing!! But with Smith, it's quite incredible the difference and also Chambers has been much more consistent. I still think although he hasn't reached the peaks of last season Cresswell has been the most consistent including when PJ was here!!

The trouble is no one has been consistent this year, but even on Cresswell's bad days he's still been one of the better players as they've generally been when the whole team is having a mare so I think he's certainly been the most 'steady' this season and this could just been the learning experience that he needs to be able to progress to that next level as he's certainly had to take a lot of rough with the smooth.

Exactly, I've often felt when he's had a poor day alot of the time it's been through a lack of support around him, either noone covering the opposition fullback which has meant he has to deal with 2 players or when he has the ball in an attacking position, sometimes he's just been isolated on the wing because players just hang around the box waiting for the cross to come in!! There's certainly room for improvement in him but he has had a fairly solid season and IMO has been our best player the past 2 season, yes on current form you'd probably say it has to be Smith or Chambers but for consistentancy it has to be Cresswell, who for me is generally always a 7/10!!
