I asked for you to be un banned HIAG. I love your witty banter, and repartee. Also your inside knowledge of LFC and amazing predictions, are a joy to behold. I think a lot more of my fellow reds should be able to bask in the enlightenment that is HIAG, without coming to this thread. They are surely missing out on so much they should know, and profound, almost godlike wisdom. Unfortunately your still banned.

It's kept alive by Liverpool fans coming on here and making daft statements, if there was no reaction to HIAG's posts this thread would've died. By next season it will all start again, Liverpool fans will be telling us how you'll finish above us as we're going to be a midtable side again, whilst you guys challenge for the top 4 and HIAG will be telling you guys to watch out for a relegation battle. Some might not enjoy the repetitive formula but that's what forums are like. One day either HIAG or you guys are going to be right and all Hell will break loose

Really? No! What a surprise! Not. I am resigned to the fact that you red Mousers will never permit me back to your board (nor will the Gooners). You can put up with thick abusive banter, but you absolutely cannot handle witty, incisive, polite critique. You simply do not have the ability to be able to respond in a mature, polite fashion. Instead, you resort to invective and personal attacks of the vilest nature, until your trigger-happy mods punish the victim of the vile abuse and relieve your lot from having to be told truths that you find far too painful. You are, at heart, and extremely cowardly bunch. Yet still some of you cannot keep away from this thread, because you desperately need to know what the neutral view is of your club, its players, and the fans. As I have said before, this thread holds up a mirror to every Mouser delusion and forces it to look at itself and to see itself for what it truly is. I don't really get the delusion stereotype. Doesn't every set of fans have its idiots? Our board is nearly always pretty realistic - we expect a 6th or lower finish this year and probably next.
Every club does have its idiots, that is true. What grates with a lot of us neutrals is how most Mousers (I'm not saying you, or others who post on this thread) still believe that their club has a god-given right to finish top 4 every season. Twattish comments by the likes of Robbie Fowler and Stevie Gerrard have not helped, in recent times. Most of you still believe that your current lowly status is nothing more than a blip, and that the natural order of things will be restored "next season." Few, if any of you, have accepted that you are now a mid-table club that is punching above its weight. The comedy happens when, every now and then, you go on a winning-spree, and suddenly believe that the glory days are back! It's bloody hilarious! Equally hilarious is the utter despair that you all fall in to when, inevitably, the winning-spree stops, and you sink back down to where you now belong.
Did Rodgers mention CL qualification after the victory against Villa? At least he isn't mentioning top two again. Anyway, Defoe is out injured for three games. I wouldn't mind having Suarez as back up at times like this. I'd be willing to overlook his past transgressions, he would add to our squad depth as we attack ManC for second.
HIAG, if it's any consolation I'm banned from the Liverpool board and I only visited it once! When I bring up the home page on the forum, there are only 19 teams in the PL. I don't have Merseyside derbies and without Liverpool's gift of six points, City are still in the title race
Maybe they are on your board but the ones this thread attracts tends to be those who either genuinly felt you would finish above us this year or were wound up to the point that they said as much.
Personally, I appreciate fans from rivals, such as Liverpool, who come here to enter into genuine debate - even banter. Unfortunately, we seem to attract mainly idiot WUM's like BBF or Astroturd. People like these two are far to thick to realise that HIAG is winding them up, and so they try to retaliate by posting infantile jibes, etc. then they get offended when they metaphorically get their bottoms smacked and sent to bed.
