got to be positive Lion,our shi- season is the equivalent of your good season.Colin got sacked for being nearly as bad as millwall.

Do you get a trophy for a semi Lion ?.must have changed the rules.We have beaten Spurs and Everton this season,while you have beat Luton and Blackburn,makes our season better for Me although I know you hold Luton in high esteem.
 
You don't get a trophy for beating Everton and Spurs either. We will have earnt a lot more money than Leeds for our semi final run, money you could use towards getting a new manager <ok>

I suppose getting rid of another manager could be seen as a success as you can hope the next one will pull off a miracle and get you to top 6 next season.

If you think Leeds can get promotion the bookies have that at 100/1 <laugh>
95/1 for next season ;)

Don't need any big money for a manager m8,Brian McDermott would be available for about the same wage as colin who's contract was about to end,and gets no big pay off.The bit extra you get for your semi has already been wasted on an assortment of cart-horses Hulse,affobe,Easter,woolford,and Tyson.money well spent ay.<whistle>.Any manager should be sacked for signing that lot.;)
 
Spent money on those 'quality' signings before we knew we were in the semi. Besides money from getting to the final can be used for further signings next season.

KJ at risk if we don't get there, higher expectations at wall than Leeds.

Brian -yes.KJ not at risk you lot are happy just staying up,you expect crap and are never disappointed.You do know why semi's are played at Wembley don't you ?.so the F A can cream the money off to pay for the stadium.The festa defender on £25,000 or so a week should see you come out of the season level.

Ticket money from semi.massive running costs to F A for stadium and police.
left over money split 3 ways.between clubs and F A.F A SHARE SPLIT BETWEEN ALL LEAGUE CLUBS.THANKS :wink:
Although if Wigan don't sell many tickets.might not be much to share.<cry> ow well might get lots from the big semi.

Gotta give it to No Faith and Cheese for standing behind their club. Still, with Bates at the helm anything is possible. You may get Grant or they may dig up someone from WAY back.
