Can I be the first to congratulate Scotland's newest team on their first trophy win.

Straight from the BBC :

Rangers fans reach for the party poppers as Elgin close out a 1-0 win at Queen's Park. The Ibrox side cannot be caught at the top of Division Three. I don't suppose it will be much of a celebration after a drab 0-0 draw at Montrose earlier today.
