    Excellent news all round. Exciting new player, great statement of intent from the club and hopefully a great opportunity for RVW too. Scoring regularly in the PL won't do his chances of a recall to the Dutch squad any harm. Good bit of business... Now just stay fit please RVW.

    What an ecellent piece of news. I know CH was quoted as saynig he would try for RVW again iin the summer - just glad this news wasn't released a week on Monday!!!!

    I'm almost sorry we havent got a game today - I'd have loved to have listened to all those numpties on Canary Call saying why can't we sign British players.

    I can imagine this must give our current players a bit of a boost as well, just what we need to get the points needed for PL survival.

    PS - Might have to have a little celebration tonight!!! <cheers>

    Won't make a blind bit of difference. After all, Hughton will play him as a sweeper to make sure the midfield don't get out of control and try and join in an attack........ <ok>
