according to some online betting sites is the favorite to take over if pulis walks/sacked. Not sure how true this is but in my eyes its a wrong decision, rafa or martinez but not solskjaer. Thoughts guys?

Benitez is an extremely optimistic hope.

Martinez would not be able to get your side playing with the ball on the ground.

I think Moyes would be a good target.

    - edit i totally ignored the Soljskjcaaaaaar bit.

He is winning at the moment, but in a very different league. I think you are cemented enough to not have to be taking a punt on a new manager. Look at WBA, they got someone with alot of experience and are reaping the rewards.
If QPR go down, 'arry would be a good shout though i'm basing that on the fact you have been providing funds for Pulis, and that the well is not dry.

spursguru i think martinez could get us playing football the players at the moment could not pass wind, but thats down to the current imbocile in charge we do have players who can pass but i,m sure they are instructed by pulis to lump it, it would not surprise if a player passes a ball less than 10 yards he will sub him.

i'm surprised there is such a strong anti Pulis feeling. Considering he got you into Europe and a cup final??

Its the football mate its dire to say the least, pulis has done well to get us where we are but the signings sholud of improved us, the likes of nzonzi, adam, palacious but he wont play either adam or palacious who in total cost 12 million, signing owen was a complete waste of time, and yes i would love arry down the brit but i fear he wont want to leave london. By the way spurs doing great mate bale is on fire, ps can we have defoe lol

Well, you won't find many who will argue about the football. Especially not from the London teams!

You are right about Harry actualy, Spurs is as far north as he's ever managed.

Palacios (i'm sure if he played more you would know his name <laugh> ) used to be a really good player. When he first came to us he was fantastic at breaking up play, then he decided to actualy start playing it around like Modders and it all went pear shaped (plus his Brother was killed). Incidently due to his conduct when he heard his brother died, he earned alot of respect from Spurs fans, as it is said he sat outside harrys hotel door from 2am untill he woke up as he didn't want to wake him. poor bugger.

And as for Defoe....only if you take Ade too.....Pretty please!!

It's fun to speculate about who we would like as our next manager. But don't build your hopes up that it will happen any time soon.
Clulis will not leave S.C.F.C. as long as Coates has a say. FULL STOP
But neither of them will live forever. You younger readers can get some solace from that.

Swap ya for a current Irish international, the two W's, No, thought not.
I must admit to having a strong dislike toward 'Arry, obviously I do not know the guy, but dislike his persona, cockney wheeler dealer geezer.
Good manager with a big bank roll though.

Rafa, I would like him here, but not a hope in hell.
    Moyes, the same.
Martinez, the same, it would be a great roller coaster ride though.

I think the only manager who could do anything with our squad is Fat Sam--------incoming

Fat Sam plays a better style of football to Pulis and I also think he could get most out of our current squad, there needs to be some grit along with the improvement and he would maintain that.

the 3 choices of manager I would go for(in order) are
    1. Martinez (always love watching wigan)
    2. Rafa (good solid manager with tons of experience and lets players play)
    3. Holloway (I know I know not ideal but the guy loves to attack and we have the defense to back it up which he never had at Blackpool)

Holloway would be a good choice the football would improve and his interviews are always good for a laugh.
