The funny thing I don't think it will be long before most our first team will be international stars! & bitch like crazy when they come home injured :/
This is brilliant Schad. Is there copyright or can I share this with you accredited? First diagram - number 3 went past those seven defenders single handed and scored. Take a bow JRod!
Another question: Why was Jos subbed yesterday..? Was it tactical or was he injured..? I'm sure I could find out if I really looked but it's a damn sight easier if someone tells me.
Schad, your diagram is fantastic, however you have not allowed for Clyne and Lallana being on thier backs because of thier stupid boots
Not sure really. Didn't see it which is why I didn't go any further with it in my comment, wasn't being annoying deliberately! Says on the OS match report he went off with a knock, but the OS likes to be misleading so who knows.
Wasn't it where he slipped/fell chasing back and the lino gave a free kick against Suarez who was actually nowhere near him. Then he played on for a few minutes but had to go off.
OK cheers for that. On the OS, I've just seen a picture of him sitting on the ground with a couple of players standing around him looking slightly concerned, so obviously it was bad enough for Pochettino to be cautious and to get him off and into some treatment. In the highlights the only indication is a caption which states Hooiveld OFF - Fonte ON.
I initally thought Jos went down with a leg/knee type injury, but whilst sitting on the ground he was clearly holding his chest and panting slightly. He had a slightly distressed look on his face - or at least appeared to, from my distance.
Ah..! Another question [I like this thread]. Pochettino planted a post-match kiss on someone with a hat on, seconds after the final whistle blew. Anyone know who that was..? EDIT: Just seen a snippet video on the OS and I think it was Puncheon in the hat.
Agree totally, Clyne sometimes lets his player get goalside of him and can get pushed out of the way like how Bale scored but his overall play is very good and has never had a bad game. Shaw has made some basic mistakes which you would expect, but he is sound in defence, quick to recover and really gets people excited when he starts one of his runs
Heh, you can share it accredited or unaccredited...just make sure that opposing managers don't see it, we'd be doomed if they knew our game plan!
On the feed I watched, Jos went to run across into the channel in pursuit, and went over on his ankle. Got up, started running again then went down again.
