On a side issue if I am going to do frisky thread one Friday how do I go about posting a pic or two. Explain in small words please.

<laugh> pics are important for the Frisky Firday thread, it seems elland has forgotten this

There is an insert image button, select the insert from URL (obviously copying the url of the image itself, not the site its on) and untick the 'Retrieve remote file and reference locally' button to make it a normal size picture. Simple as that really

Alternatively, you can copy and paste the image URL inbetween
