They have lost their best players in Gylfi Siguardsson, Shane Long and Matt Mills and he still managed to get them up on a shoestring budget

I also hope Pearson stays on to the end of the season to finally complete Leicester's decline.

Probably just confirmed their relegation - where do some teams think they should be? Mcdermott did a great job for Reading

It's the Prem money. Some club owners will do anything to get their hands on it, even sack a manager that's performed miracles to get them into the Prem in the first place!
 
Most Championship clubs (including ourselves) should go up knowing that there is a decent chance that they will come back down / at least be in a relegation fight. Changing loyal, hard working managers rarely improves a teams chances of staying up
