They deserve some credit. Good effort, but Bayern were sloppy. And it's unfair to say it's now 8 seasons without a trophy. They can still win the PL can't they?
Yes, you need 7 points from 10 games to make that mathmatically impossible. I'm gonna start to celebrate St Wunnuffinks day tonight.
I think that's down to the way that the replay was arranged though, to be fair. Really quick turnaround. Someone on GC just posted this about the new Pope:
What if Spurs and Chelsea have major wobbles, City implode when Sheikh Mansour withdraws his funding and the Utd squad book three months in Marbella at lastminute.com tomorrow. It could happen
His first act should have been to contact Buenos Aires and tell Argentina to accept the Falkland Islanders decision.
Arsenal winning games but failing to get the result is like someone desperate to father a child only to discover he fires blanks - all that effort but no end result.
All Spurs need to do is win their home games which (bar City) are piss easy given the form they're in. For Chelsea it's slightly harder as they have a busy fixture list to negotiate and aren't in as good a form, but I'd be confident we can at least match what Arsenal do in the next 10 games, our superior GD is worth an extra point too. I won't worry too much unless Arsenal beat Swansea on Saturday.
6. Automatic fine, if I remember right. Warning about future behaviour too, I think. That might be the Premier League, though.
Well, that was a great example of what Spurs shouldn't do tomorrow. Go out, go for it, play positively, and hopefully get a goal early. I may dislike Robben more than any other top player--as a player, not bringing in personal qualities, controversies, etc. I realize he's brilliant at times, but I get so tired of watching him do the same dribbling moves and not pass over and over again. I really dislike Ribery also, though I'm a big fan of Schweinsteiger and Lahm.
So disappointed that the goon's weren't stuffed last night, couldn't believe that was the same Bayern team that played so well at the Emirates!
It wasn't the same team thats why tots, they had a few missing, Schweinsteiger, Boateng and Ribery, for starters.
