Stoke City for the past 3 years, has drained my emotional energy. Believe it or not, I am probably the most positive person you could meet.

It is quite depressing reading our forum these days, and I know I am one of the main contributors to the negativity, I wish I had Sandor's get up and go, get behind the lads attitude. Sadly that is beyond me. I really couldn't care less what happens now.

The loyalty of the players can be easily explained, the usual suspects pop up on Delilah, saying:

'It's not the fault of Pulis'
'We are all behind the manager, no disquiet in OUR dressing room'
    and etc etc.

These are the very players who could not get anywhere near a first team squad in the PL, Whitehead, Wilko (love him to bits though), Whelan, Kightly, Shotton, and the rest. They must get down on their knees when they get their pay cheque, and thank god for Tony Pulis, oh and the 20 or 30K plus per week.

They should all hang their collective heads in shame.

There are times when being disabled has some benefits, not actually going to matches, I would in all probability be ejected.

All I care about sportswise at the moment is England winning the Grand Slam in Cardiff this weekend.

Oh and just to cheer me up, it's just started snowing again, bah bloody humbug

the first 2 years in the prem, were the best, how we cheered when we won a throw in or a corner, and when we scored the roof came off. The players fought for every ball,we weren't great, but it was so so exciteing. Now there is nothing to shout about, Only TP out.

The first 2 seasons were epic! We outperformed ourselves and our points per spend was fantastic. In the 2nd year we scored the most goals, finished the highest we have ever done and were 17 points clear of relegation! The atmosphere was electric and TP used what he had and made the most of it - Whatever happened?

The first 2 seasons were absolutely sensational.
The Delapidator and the Dogs of War.
Quote - Stoke City are like a Panzer Division on the move.

The first 2 seasons we were sold a story by Pulis. The story was a magical one of great things to come. Then the 3 year plan turned into the ten year plan. Good players came to our great club with wild expectations only to fall by the wayside from the wrath of the capped vindictive one. Square pegs were hammered firmly into round holes. Players beliefs and self reassurances were squashed. Favourites that are Championship players at best getting selected over more superior professionals that warm a bench better than a dimplex heater. But again we are reminded to take a reality check and see where we have come from. The real reality is that Pulis is a conman, and a very good conman indeed.
Pulis never forgave the Stoke faithful for his treatment the first time around and is now paying us back in the cruel manner in which only he knows. He knows he won't be relegated, his tactics are way to negative for that to happen, and he knows Coates won't sack him.
It's up to us the fans to let our feelings be known and try to put a stop to this constant bullshit he keeps coming out with week after week of some piss poor excuse of how we just about lost and the injustice of it all, like the whole footballing world is against Tony Pulis and Stoke City.
Let your voices be heard and let the capped clown know it's well and truly "time to go, time to go, time to go time to go................................."

    Waddo,

I wondered about was he getting his own back and said as much on another thread, I don't think the vindictive little troll will go of his own accord but falling gates is the only thing that will remove him, he doesn't care about the fans, the players or the club and it would explain his constant reference of "the football club" rather than Stoke City. The poor form of late may also be partly that the players also recognize this.

Even I am starting to lose that.

I like this quote from an article Waddo posted,
Pretty much sums it up for me. I think we're all agreed on how good the first 2 (prem) seasons were, for me the third was ok, while we were still trying to "establish" ourselves, and year 4 was where I was expecting to see some "evolution", and the (3) 5 year plan moving onto the next step, there was no of that, and it's all been downhill from there.
