Do you think he greets him each time he see's him, by pinching the skin on his arm and saying "Ola negrito"!....just wondering.
He'd give Arsenal a seconds thought as theyve proved over time their a proper big club, whereas he wouldn't even consider Spurs. In fact he'd laugh and then feel offended even at the suggestion. Spurs is not much of a jump up in class from Liverpool. He'd be leaving a team who comes 5/6th to go to a team who finishes 4th, 3rd at the very best and won't do nothing in the CL (QF if lucky). When he comes to leave LFC it will only be for a handful of clubs abroad who he would see as a real step up in Level where he would be in a team that wins leagues and Champions Leagues, and he definitely won't go to an English team nor would Ayre allow him to. Thats the likes of Barca, Real, Bayern and Dortmund. I'd include City and possibly Chavs but he's not in it for the money and I don't think he wants to play for another Prem club. He won't leave in the summer anyway. He's said in 3 interviews in the last week he ain't going nowhere so I dunno what he has to do for people to believe him. You lot need to enjoy your superiority now while it lasts. Next season we'll be much better, so will Arsenal and Chelsea and we'll all spend more money than you (unless Bale's sold) and who knows what could happen.
It's strange, I used to have a soft spot for spurs, but in recent years have come to thoroughly dislike the attitude of a lot of their fans. Delusions of grandeur and all that. A bit like Chelsea fans, but without the trophies.
I feel that we have more of a complete team than you. Yes, we have our weaknesses, we need a top striker, and a creative midfielder. Liverpool, I think, need more work. If it weren't for Suarez, you'd be mid table. Your defence is poor, and your driving force - Gerrard, is fast approaching his sell by date. Next season should be far more competitive. That's assuming that teams like the Goons buy players they actually need, instead of more "creative" ones they don't need.
Then that would be better than any English team this season...great comment, a laughable suggestion from yourself there!
Mousers are always desperate to tell us how they don't actually say that but here you are proving them wrong. Grasp at those straws any tighter and they'll turn to dust.
What, we always say we'll be much better next season? I was under the impression we always said, "Next year is our year"... Besides, what else would a football fan say? "We'll be about the same next year", "Next year we'll probably be worse". Not your smartest comment, Yid.
There were a fair few in Sheffield when I lived there. True, that was a while back, so if they all got hunted down Blades-supporting cossacks since then that would explain why there would be none in the north, but if not that means they;re around somewhere.
Hard luck spuds. Even Bales cheating to win a free kick for the second goal could not stop an average Liverpool performance being too much for you lot.
It's the same thing. What do I expect him to say? Well not that you'll be much better considering how the past few seasons have gone.
Liverpool are broke and have no prospect of CL football. Cashing in on Suarez in the summer seems a certainty to me. Of course they won't want to sell him, but can they turn down a big offer from a top club?
hahaha brilliant Serious question - when was the last trophy the Spuds won? Sitting here thinking and my mind is completely blank. All I can come up with is possibly the league cup about 6/7 years ago?? If that's right, what is next closest?? Are we talking many moons away? Sorry if I'm wrong just can't think of any of the top of my head.
