Wow! That was Chelsea on song.

De Gea was a life saver for MUFC.

Rafa - good sub's! Well done.

Totally agree Bloo, good substitutions soon as Mikel came on the attacking midfielders of Chelsea was able to go forward and terrorise the Utd defence. Made those numpty fans who were shouting "you don't know what your doing" look a bit stupid , typical sheep mentality lets all jump on the band wagon and bash Rafa.

You guys are certainly a Jeykll and Hyde team. Shocking for 45 minutes then very good for the second period! If only you guys could put it together for 90 minutes on a consistent basis! Which Chelsea will turn up on Thursday? Hope you progress to keep your profile as a top European team high!!

I hate De Gea's legs. The guy should have been born with 4 legs, not two arms and two legs.

Was brilliant today, 4 and 1/2k Chels outsinging 70 odd thousand. Felt we should have won tbh, from about 30 minutes onwards we were by far the better side but took a while to get our finishing product sorted.

Don't quite agree Varier, Luiz and Frank in midfield were really good. You're right though, Frank CANNOT run central midfield, nor can Ramires. They both give the team heaps when someone else is pulling the strings, but can't do so themselves. If only we had bought Wesley Sjneider or a player like him, we'd be right up the top. That is our priority, not a striker.
Rafa HAS to give a lot more thought to our balance, it was missing 1st half, and in my opinion, he got lucky with the subs, but at least he got it right. Now watch him pull it all apart next game.

I meant that as in if Mikel is playing, no Lampard. Not never play Lampard. I do think though if we want to rest Mata for any reason just put Lampard in CAM. May as well put him there, it's where he ends up anyway! <laugh>

agreed, though we shouldn't crowd out the likes of Chalobah or Ake coming through or even Luiz. In fact, i thought Luiz was MASSIVE in that game. All our forward energy started with him.

Good spirited performance in 2nd half and for the last 20 mins of the first as well. Now to see that on a more consistent basis.

I think we need another centre back to form a partnership with Luiz. Cahill is a good back up, but Luiz is what we want with a solid (ideally Hummels-esq) player in there. I hear Omeruo is meant to be in the first team picture next season. Be interesting to see if that develops. I like Luiz in midfield but I think he's a top CB - certainly ahead of Cahill and Ivanovic.

Since you all don't like Rafa are you glad Fergie ignored his handshake and made him feel awkward?

Personally I wanted Chelsea to win after that.

    **** my language!

I've supported chelsea since 1970's this guys is slightly better than scolari! drawing one game against Utd does not mean he's suddenly a genius! Gods sake everytime we start without Terry we look like we are going to ship goals, how the hell are they supposed to learn off the best defender if he's no longer picked!
