Yes, by my logic they'll be safe if the beat Norwich next week, as that would put them on 33 points too. But for now, yes they are still in it.

Is it too much to ask that they play like this against us, AND start Torres rather than Ba? I find it unfair that we've yet to subjected to Torres.
Suarez went down fairly easily, as per usual, but there was considerable contact. Looked a pen to me, and my default is that no situation involving Suarez should ever end in a penalty.
Yeah, as soon as I saw that one I called penalty. Clotheslined by Assou-Ekotto. Played into trouble by Defoe, though.
Pity Suarez wasn't injured. Nothing serious...just a little limp to last a week. Perhaps he could trip over Gerrard's leg and moderately cripple him.
