Scarb. For my boring reasons(mainly bitterness)I hope Lester avoid play offs on last day and they then decide to sack flat top 1 week before next season so new boss can have half a season saying it is not his team yet.
I will predict Mancini will be mentioned on Talking Balls site as apossible replacement-and it will be actively debated-delusional - you bet!
The drummer at KP thinks he will go out with Cheryl Cole rather than Jessie J-more class-and she can cook a decent fry up

.. in fairness Mike - not all of them ...LOL

For what it is worth - I've commented for some time that Nigel Pearson's position was precarious - we are very much out of form and with Forest and Bolton on resurgent runs (having both replaced their managers) the logic is there for all to see - our owners must be looking at the table now thinking that the automatics are very unlikely (if not now a fading pipe dream) but also that we are in danger of slipping out from a play-off spot ... if they do nothing and that happens then Pearson is definitely history in the close season ..

They are not really the type that lets that happen - as the rather speedy departures of both Paulo Sousa and Sven have shown .. so I suspect they might just feel that they have nothing to lose from acting now - Di Canio or Atkins being the most likely suitors ...... if such a change rejuvenates us as Billy Davies has at Forest - i.e gets an underperforming bunch to go on a run then at least the play-offs might be saved .... for those reasons I for one will not be surprised to see them act accordingly

For me the irony is that NP has only himself to blame for tinkering with the side for the FA Cup game at Huddersfield - others her disagree (but that's football opinion so fair play) but there is an old footballing axiom "never change a winning side" - and I subscribe to that - look how Spurs are currently performing ...

Anyway que sera, sera .... whatever, I'll still be supporting the useless bunch of overpaid ***** ... and it won't be the first time they have left me 'unfulfilled' ...

To be honest Fosse in my opinion there is no need to sack Pearson what so ever, you've just hit some bad form in a very noticable stage of the season. If im honest i don't want you to make the play-offs simply because i wouldn't want to have to play you as i obviously see you as a big threat, more so than most of the other teams on the fringe of the play-offs. I do think Leicester will finish in the top 6 with Pearson still in charge. Hull fans please don't hammer me for this post ha ha.

You lost all respect and credibility Charlie the day you claimed to be a school Teacher and then carried on with your bullshit about being one ..

Anyone seen Filey Fox on here lately ? off out for a coffee with him when I can find him and to wish him good luck for the rest of the season.

I do enjoy meeting fellow footy fans for a chat over coffee.

Might even see if he wants to go watch Leicester win the play off final. I would go with him and support Leicester with us going to go up automatic .

    ;)

Excellent post Fosse! Change the name of the team and manager to your own and that is a post that could have been posted by any one of us at some point during our 'career' of supporting our own club!

Personally I think the Thai's will be looking at what is happening at other clubs that have had fairly recent changes of manager, ourselves, Watford and Palace being prime candidates and thinking that should be us, and for that reason I think Mr. Pearson is living very much on borrowed time.

If I was a Forest fan you might be right, but if it's real arrogance you're looking for try this!

The difference here is that Blackburn actually made the add. We didnt

The Thai media just used clips from matches while Blackburns team had to do some shocking acting

Charles you need to remember Wednesday gave you a bit of a hiding at your place. Your keeper even dropped a corner into his own net

And in the grand scheme of things what would you get if you finished 3rd and we finished 6th say

We both get play offs so it makes no difference what so ever. Just remember that before you get too cocky

All I can say is I would have been embarrassed if our owners had made a video like that, but when it came out most on here were lapping it up.
Read into that what you like, but now you've had a good dose of reality it's nice to see that most have become a bit more humble.

BTW. Could you explain in football reasons why any HCAFC supporter should currently be jealous of Leicester City (try not to be too emotional)?

True, but we're in with a shout for 2nd and will be even if we lose tomorrow - are you?
So anyway how's about an answer? Why should we currently be jealous of Leicester?
