That was truly awful from Howson! Please get him off!
 
Definitely a foul on Wessi, then I'm sure the Southampton player dived there.
 
Howson has done everything today to convince me he is not good enough for the PL. Keeps getting caught in possession when we're in good positions, and he should have enough time.
 
I know people say 'he hasn't taken the chance when he's had it...' but the fact is we have sitting on our bench someone who was 3rd in our player of the season award last year, who was by far our best midfielder last year who can pass a ball through the eye of the needle. He doesn't lose that ability over night.
 
I knew it, I knew we'd miss that. FFS

staying up maybe the only task that hughton was given this year, and he looks like we'll crawl over the line, but he hasn't proved he has a long term plan yet.
