Unwatchable. Time for some desperate action. Rafa out, anyone with 2 eyes and a coaching certificate in.

  3. By contrasting fortunes, the mighty Spurs are proving to be the Daddies of Europe, by humiliating Inter Milan in the same way that Bayern humiliated Arsenal.

So glad that you guys got shot of AVB in order to get in Coco <ok>

  4. I know that you are probably joking, bluemoon2, but you could do a lot worse than Big Sam.

Not sure where that result came from as you've actually been quite average in Europe. Draw masters and a last minute hit and hope from Dembele in the last round to scrape through.

Fair play though, you're certainly on a roll.

  10. All the best teams get better and stronger as a competition progresses, 100. I'd like to think that, by the time we get to the final, we'll be ready to take European audiences on a journey of wonder. Certainly, I'd like to think that we'll be able to redress the misconceptions of the past, that English teams park the bus and cling on, limpet-like, to defensive tactics, in the desperate hope of snatching a lucky winner. It worked for Chelsea, of course, but sadly not for United or Arsenal, both of whom have been utterly humiliated, in recent times. Us Spurs are different, we're not afraid of defeat, and will always deliver good, attacking, entertaining football.

And of course you wont have to play Barca, Madrid or Bayern...so I guess that helps to stick to your 'entertaining football'!!

Blah, blah blah is all I saw there, what a pathetic attempt to WUM , Yes it was entertaining football as I LMFAO at the feeble attempt of bale diving yet again this week.

  14. Or, perhaps, engage in some light-hearted banter?

I'd be disappointed if you found even one Spurs fan who would seek to defend Bale's blatant dive. He doesn't need to keep doing it, as he's far better player and man, than that. Even his manager isn't defending him.

It's an odd one as he and spurs are doing so well. Normally when say Suarez dives it's normally out of frustration when Liverpool are struggling (doesn;t make it right of course).

Bale needs to cut it out pronto or it'll tarnish his achievements.

  17. You can only beat the team in front of you, Red. As 'Pool found out, when you go beaten by Brentford Town, last season.

Yes that is true, but that doesn't excuse your hilarious "Daddies of Europe" comment in relation to a first leg win in the round of 16 of the Europa League...
