Only you didn't stay away,you brought the same 100 or so that came last season.and although we never played great always looked too good for millwall and won without much sweat.
Took 2 penalties to beat us but im glad it never finished 0-0 would have be dire for both clubs we are out of it now but have the cup to look forward too Leeds have a slim chance but thats all it is slim your next 2 games will determine your season best of luck with it
No chance mighty they were piss poor today McCormack and Morison could have two goals next to eachother and still couldn't score our season was dead when wood went but looking good for next season if we can find a decent goal scorer
84 its been a fair season many ups and downs we know we are safe and coming back to form with a couple of players to return too beat Blackburn and it will make for a fantastic end to the season
The question remains tho, can we seriously challenge for a playoff place in the coming seasons in the championship if we lose top players or miss opportunities to sign them or are others on here happy that we've reached our level and just happy to continually avoid relegation, with Kenny I think will hold our own ,but another in charge we might have struggled and he remains our best signing.
does make you wonder if kenny has taken us as far as he can. but give him another 10 years and see what happens
No one will take us further if we don't keep hold of players such as Wood. Only a super rich chairman will do that so anyone calling for KJ to go is quite frankly deluded. I'm sure our wage bill is still in the bottom 5 for the league along with a low gate were doing ok As for Leeds making playoffs they might just make it but would be major underdogs to the likes of Palace and Leicester.
