Vincent Tan has made an offer to buy Portsmouth FC, clear their debt, save them from administration and get them out of Legue Two - where they will be next season. The Pompey Supporters Trust have dug their heels in at this idea and have decided instead to form their own club. As they won't be able to call it Portsmouth FC (that name already being taken) they are going to call it Pompey Exiles. They already have over 500 Facebook Members, and are looking for a ground so that they can set up a team in opposition to the club they used to support.
What a great idea - we should definitely do this.
 
I have a better idea..why not just go and support Portsmouth.

All teams want to play in the Premiership and want promotion from the league they are in otherwise what is the point they may as well play Sunday league down the park.

Unfortunately without solid investment no team will get very far from league 2.

I agree with you though all those who are not happy should leave now and form their own side and invest their own money in that and see how they cope.

As it is you are either with us or against us.

I am with Tan and promotion to the Premier league. I support measures meant to place the club on a sound financial platform.

I am not in favour of administration and points deductions and and raising fund by carrying round buckets begging for money simply to play in league 2.

I am not in favour of wallowing in the past when it is the future we will be living in.

Therefore those who do not support the club 100% should leave and the sooner the better.
