Agree read it last night ... It's a good gauge we have had a few to moan about of course ... But Chelsea and its fan base are exactly the lost people in football ... I hope in a way we are saved from going the same way as a club
It is a poison chalice. I think thy lord JC is the only suitable candidate ............... only he can walk on water and satisfy those fans.
In all seriousness I think he made some valid points. He's clearly a decent manager, though obviously not at the level of a Mourinho or Hiddink, and the fans' actions over the last few months have been to the detriment of the club. Fair enough to kick up a fuss over a short period but over three months is unnecessary and the home performances and results are testament to that.
Of course he has a point, they should have drawn line under the bad feeling, and got behind the team ages ago. But they couldn't cos they're **** scummy fans. Give the job to 'Captain Racist Bellend' , he'd be the perfect manager for that club.
you cant blame the fans for keep playing that Twat Torres, or drawing at Reading after being 2-0 up with 4 mins to go and having JT watching from the bench as Reading 'knick' 2 late goals. He brought a lot of this on himself and for me should never had taken the job. They should never have sacked RDM. What would be funny is if Jose came back and had a stinker of a second spell.
I really think JT is the problem there, he has clearly undermined the 'Fat Spanish Waiter' and it is now out in the open. I won't be surprised to see both JT and Fat Frank leaving this summer on Roman's instructions. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch...
I might be being very dense here but who is JC? Been racking my brains and can only assume you mean one of the following:- Jimmy Connors - might do a decent job and would get on well with Abramovic since one knows their rackets and the other runs them. James Cameron - the international status that they look for but it would be a Mata of time before his blue Pandorans get marginalised by the club captain for misheard insults. Ex Smashing Pumpkins drummer Jimmy Chamberlain - they'd play to a decent rhythm but might fail a few drugs tests. Julius Caesar - a pedigree of European conquests but a bit past it. He'd last less time than a Julian calendar. Joe Calzaghe - would bring a winning mentality but the sendings off would increase as the players took to doing bouts instead of matches.
The same thought has occurred to me. lets look at the facts he is an ex player (check) unemployed so they wouldn't have to pay any compensation (check), has managed in the prem before (check) and has been an international manager (check), don't see any problem for them they would give him cash to spend (waste) on players that would take their time gelling he has alos played in Germany and Spain. Roman he's your man go out and get him look at his managerial record (Well no don't). But he is deffo the man for chelski go for him you know it makes (non)sense.
Come on mate he's talking about Jesus Christ - known for bringing unity into the dressing room, forgiving crap players like Torres and giving them an infinite amount of chances, as well as staging comebacks when his team looked dead and buried.
