If anyone missed it, here it is
Great save. Is it as goid as his save against Portsmouth last season? I bet Michael Appleton is glad to see the back of him
I don't mean to be pedantic, but that save really isn't that good. It is a simple save just made good because of how he flapped at it, it really is just a simple, simple save!
I'll bite! Firstly, how is that being pedantic? Secondly, people who know a lot more about football than you have claimed it was more than just a "simple save". It was so good because of the defelection, from the second angle you can see he is already moving the other way, but has to adjust. Thirdly, I'd like to see you try and save it
As a keeper myself, I can appreciate that it's a good save, difficult to pull off. When your weight's on the other side, it's incredibly difficult to adjust quickly. The strike wasn't hit with particular venom, though, which makes it a very good save, but I don't think it's as "world class" as it's being lauded.
From the one side "the save" is very good....and from the other its quite unbelievable! Strange that!!! Well done Kasper, and i'm sure daddy was proud!!!
No, that save was simple, anyone could have saved that. Off topic, but with the injury to Nugent, I think we could be a bit light up top. How about we look at getting in Clayton Donaldson on an emergency loan, with a view to a permanent move in the summer? He's been banging in the goals in League One this season
That's a great save deserved the pat on the back from his players. Don't suppose any of you saw Boaz Myhill save against Watford in the playoff first leg did you? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUdkrY4mZqs
Kasper's save was amazing. Myhill's wasn't too bad either. That Kean for Blackburn made a couple of Worldy saves at the KC against us, preventing the score from being more convincing.
.. think you were looking for 'predictable' - which you are - rather than 'pedantic' which implies a degree of knowledge, even expertise - of which you are, to date, at best, unproven ... incidentally, did you ever see that flappy effort from Gordon Banks against Pele in the 1970 World Cup finals? - bugger could have trapped it with his foot rather than trying to be so flash just to get his name in the list of 'all time top saves' - some people eh?
I'm going to be pedantic and point out that being pedantic and being awkward are two totally different things!
