Nimmo Smith has differentiated between them clearly on behalf of the SFA in this case so I don't see why the SFA can't differentiate between them in the transfer ruling.

Just heard the news. Good post, Mr T. I may be wrong, but I think the transfer thingy is because they had to get 'special dispensation' to get into SFL 3 because they didn't meet the qualifying criteria (with being a new club n'at and no 3 years published accounts) and were asked to accept some sanctions, including the transfer ruling, to be admitted.

The rules were bent re the decision today, by oldco. Saying that, just from what I'm reading, they weren't fit for purpose anyway.

There should be quite a few very angry club chairmen out there today (of course Lenny'll be beelin' coz he always is anyways), I dunno how much they pay to these ****ers to run the game in the first place, but they've made a total haw mawz of it by leaving a club like rangers able to bend them in such a way they did and receive only a small fine that will never be paid.

They did pay the ultimate price for their bawbaggery though, and that shouldn't be forgotten.

It was the intended punishment for the old club before they were liquidated for cheating in their last year of existence.
